Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 2-3 business days after the payment has cleared. Please note if you process your payment through PayPal e-check, this will increase your ship date by 1-2 weeks minimum. We will not ship until we receive payment.
Custom orders will have their own estimated ship and delivery date. Please reference the invoice received with the estimated timeframe.
All mishandled or misplaced packages must be handled through the courier service used. If a package was lost, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen, we advise that you file a claim with the courier. Provide us with the claim number and we will assist with any seller/shipper related questions. We do offer shipping insurance for an additional cost. Due to our custom designs, we suggest shipping insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Refunds. Store Credit Only.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all jewelry, headwear, and mouth coverings cannot be returned or exchange. Please inquire and review sizing and materials used prior to purchase.
We will gladly accept unused apparel and luggage. The consumer is responsible for return shipping charges. The product will be inspected prior to store credit being issued. If the product has been used, damaged, or tampered, a store credit will not be issued.
Qualify for a store credit or exchange:

We will issue a return approval within 48 hours along with a return address.
The package must be mailed within 7 days of the delivery date.
Upon receipt, Nubian Chic Designs will inspect product and if the product is found to be unused and in its original condition, a store credit will be issued with 7 days.
